FINDING THE PUNCTURE.
Following directions for Leak Seeker,
locate leak. |

FINDING DIRECTION
AND CLEANING THE PUNCTURE.
Using Reamer Tool,
gentle push into puncture to find dire tion of injury.
Then move reamer in and out to clean hole. |

THREADING NEEDLE
Thread approximately 6" of patented PSP
Material thru eye of Injector
Tool until ends are even. (Larger repairs may require 2 strands.) |

APPLYING BONDING COMPOUND
Holding both sides of material against needlle, dip into Bonding
Compound about 1" |
5. |

INSERT INTO PUNCTURE
Push Injector Tool into injury following direction of puncture with
steady pressure leaving 1" of material exposed. |

TWIST TOOL AND WITHDRAW
Twist Injector Tool 1/4 turn clockwise. This ensures good seal. Then,
with a steady pull, withdraw tool until end is 1" outside of tire.
For larger punctures, repeat steps 3 thru 6 until injury feels tight.
DO NOT OVERPACK. |

CHECK FOR LEAKS
Inflate tire to proper inflation, check repair with Leak Seeker solution. |

TRIM EXCESS MATERIAL
After testing cut off excess material 1/4" from tire. |
